- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits do not expire: whatever you do not use stays in your balance for later videos.
- What do I get for one video?
- One 5-second, 9:16 vertical, 720P MP4 made from 2 photos, with sound generated by the AI model or silent — you choose before generating. Every video has this length and format; there is no option for a longer clip, a horizontal format or a higher resolution.
- Who processes the payment?
- Waffo, our payment provider and merchant of record. You pay on Waffo's checkout page; we never see your card details.
- Is tax included?
- Prices are before tax. Any tax that applies where you live is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay.
- When do the credits arrive?
- As soon as the payment is confirmed. Your balance is on your billing page.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can ask for a refund of a pack whose credits are unused. If a video fails for a technical reason, its held credits are returned automatically. Refund policy
